The Rosebayla® Level 1 Award in Wines is an introductory wine educational programme suitable for beginners. This hands-on course aims to discover the essential stages of viticulture and vinification. You will explore the main types and styles of wine, and grape varieties through sight, smell, and taste. You will also learn the principles of wine storage and service and gain basic skills in accurately describing wines and pairing wine and food correctly. After completing your course, you will be able to respond to your customers’ requests, provide them with knowledgeable advice and perform proper wine service.
