Description:
The complexity and elegance of a great Margaux

Margaux's Second Great Classified Growth, Chateau Lascombes has shown that its vintages continue to improve in quality year after year. The wines are distinguished by their personality and consistency, so the estate was classified as one of the first Second Classified Growths on the Left Bank in the Bordeaux region.

The blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon (57%), Merlot (40%) and Petit Verdot (3%). The Chateau Lascombes 2017 displays all the character and noble complexity of the finest Margaux. It is perfectly accessible in its early years, but it will evolve with the grace and refinement typical of Margaux wines.

Wine Advocate-Parker :
Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2017 Lascombes leaps from the glass with black raspberries, mulberries and blackcurrant pastilles with hints of earth, herbs, meats and cedar. Medium-bodied, it has plenty of juicy fruit and is fresh and plush, finishing long with a mineral lift.
